Another Day of Sighing

Sigh.. What a day it is..

Suddenly, out of the blue blue sky my head is filled with worrying thoughts and they kept on coming one after another like a stampede filling and hurting my head - every inch of it...

I wish I could install an on/off switch in my head so I can just switch my brain off every time unpleasant thoughts begin to flood in.. Ah, that would be a heck of a relief..

*sigh*

I can't wait for every thing to be over..
