Opportunity

Lately I've been focusing on my business and so far it's been good and satisfactory. This is the first business that I really put my 110% effort on, and I'm glad that I took the decision to join in the first place.

Tho the first few weeks were slow and non-progressing, but as time passes, with friends' and clients' positive feedback, I was able to get my business going at the pace I hoped for. I did not expect to see back my capital the first few months, but within less than a month, I got back my capital with some extra profit. I was really happy that I tried to roll back in my capital and again, I got them back along with the profit in just a few weeks. As time passes, the business gets better.

But sadly, many of my friends whom I approached ran the 100m sprint the instant I talked about making money. It's not that I want to take their money for my own usage. I know how hard to earn money. I know how stress a person could be when they got cheated and lost a large sum of money. For the last few months before I got to know this business, I worked my ass off just to get a RM 800++ pay per month. I paid my rent, my bills and spend on food and transportation, what's left at the end of the month was ZERO and sometimes, NEGATIVE.

I've experienced what hard-earned cash means, I work on my project 9am to 5pm then I go for part-time jobs at night on weekdays, and on weekends I go out working. Everyday I was tired, grumpy and stressed out. I have no time to go out and meet up with friends. Even my friends that came all the way from Russia I did not manage to go out and meet up for yam cha because of my commitment to my work.

With no more scholarship offered and with just RM800++ pay per month, I find it hard to survive on my own, what more in a big city as Kuala Lumpur. When the opportunity to join the business came to me, I was as skeptical as usual. It took me weeks to think about it because I did not have extra money to spend on it. At first I shared with my friend to start the business because deep down in me, I see the potential of the business and I did not want to miss that opportunity.

With my money all invested in the business, I honestly did not have a cent to pay my bills and rent for the month. I was scared, nervous and stressed. But, deep down I was confident that I can get them back, and more. Before the month ended, I managed to triple up what I invested on and rolled in back the capital and I managed to get more profit from then on.

In my previous post, I talked about 'good things are meant to be shared', in this post, I would still want to emphasize how strong that quote is to me - my principle in life. I still do not understand those who want to earn money, willing to work their ass off for a mere rm 80/day for just a week, and find another part time job the next month, but they are not willing to listen to an opportunity that is in front of them. What's more, they think it's a scam or something like that.

Everyone who wants money started with no money in their savings. It's up to that person to take the step to change his life. I too had no money to start off this business, I used my rental n bills money to start it and because I want to have more money, I invested in this business and now I see the profit and how grateful I am today that I made the right choice.

I read a book called "The Key" by Joe Vitale, what attracted my attention was 'The Universe likes speed'. From now on, I'm gonna grab any good opportunities that comes my way a.s.a.p and let nothing be an excuse for me not to grab it. I believe that we are responsible to how we want our life to be. It's only a matter of willingness. If we are willing to change ourselves.
