Federer's 15th Grand Slam Title!!

Last night's (July 5th) Wimbledon finals was amazing!

Roger Federer (World No. 2) beat Andy Roddick (World No. 6) by 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, 3-6, 16-14. The 5th set was probably the longest set ever played in a men's Wimbledon final which lasted for about 95 minutes!!

Watching the match on the telly was tormenting because it almost looked like Federer won't be getting his 15th Grand Slam title, and there were times when it seemed like Federer did not have the strength left after 4 hours of playing.

Although I was happy to see history in the making when Federer won his 15th Grand Slam title, it was also heartbreaking to see the expression on Roddick's face. Roddick gave one hell of a fight, and surely it was a tough win for Federer, and I'm positive that one day his name will be up in the Wimbledon's title if he keeps up his play like he did last night. Keep hanging in there, Andy!

Oh, and I love it when in the end, Roddick was still able to make a joke when he said
"Sorry Pete, I tried to hold him off".
